Getting to Chicago
Overview
Chicago is one of the the United States' most accessible cities, due to its status as one of the country's premier transport hubs. With two large Airports, including the World's second busiest airport (O'Hare International), Chicago is most easily accessible by air. However, domestic visitors can easily access the Midwestern city by rail through one of Amtrak's long distance services, or by road through the Kennedy Expressway or the Dan Ryan Expressway.

Rail
Union Station (Canal St and Jackson Blvd) is the hub of Amtrak's Midwestern routes, making Chicago one of the most convenient U.S. cities to visit by train, serving several long-distance routes, with options from virtually every major US city. Bus
Both Greyhound and Megabus operate a vast number of scheduled services from Chicago to areas in the Midwest and further afield.
